Despatch Operative

As a Despatch Operative you will be directly contributing to this vision through your core tasks and responsibilities these will include, but are not limited to: · Customers will be allocated to you by line leaders on a daily basis, from the customer allocation. · You must prepare, check and verify stock. · Ensure stock is identified correctly, out of date stock must be segregated and moved to an appropriate area. · Report any stock issues from allocation sheet to your supervisor. · Palletise and locate stock when necessary, in accordance with specifications. Ensure stock is picked in rotation and pallets are prepared ready for despatch. · Use correctly and prevent damage to equipment, vehicles and machinery where applicable. Report any issues immediately to your supervisor. · Recording and rotating chilled food products. · Ensuring paperwork and delivery orders are completed and recorded Keep work areas tidy and clean at all times.
