Despatch operative

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Despatch Operative to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Quality check and photograph kits leaving site, ensure each part or kit leaving site is securely sealed and correctly logged onto a manifest
• Safety checking of the vehicle before use, securely loading the vehicle and driving between the DHL site and the customer site
• Safely unload and deliver all kits & parts to the correct area at the customer site and collect parts and foams required for return to the DHL site, We will ensure that all our resourcing activities are fair, transparent and consistent across the UK. • Full clean driving licence
• Background in warehousing operations would be beneficial
• Good IT Skills
• Good communication skills - both written and verbal
