As the Intelligence Detective Sergeant you will lead a team of staff at the forefront of policing tactics. Supporting Professional Standards SIOs and working alongside internal/external partners, you will develop enhanced plans using a range of tactics. You will develop intelligence to deliver the highest quality outputs whilst ensuring appropriate dissemination and handling systems and procedures are adhered to. You will also play a key role in managing the flow of intelligence from source into investigations as intelligence and evidence.

Officers who are PIP2 accredited will be provided with opportunities to allow this to be retained., Applicants should be aware that it is not always possible to carry out adequate vetting checks on persons who have not been resident within the UK for the last five years.
