Development Lead - Leeds Health and Care Academy (XN07)

The Development Lead is responsible for undertaking, leading and contributing to the successful delivery of major transformational projects and programmes, in response to the local and national transformation agendas for health and care. You will also enable and contribute to the successful delivery of the Leeds Heath and Care Academy ensuring that project objectives are delivered on time, within budget and to expected levels of quality .You will have budget and line management responsibilities and be expected to work with minimum direct supervision. The role involves the development and production of business cases and other programme / project documentation, such as Programme/Project Initiation Documents (PIDs), highlight, end project and lessons learnt reports as well as effective relationship management with staff at all levels across Adults & Children's Social Care, Leeds NHS Trusts and Independent & Voluntary Sector providers and carers.
