Development Producer

This role is your chance to create cutting-edge factual and documentary content for global streaming platforms and UK broadcasters, building on our portfolio of acclaimed projects like "Depp V Heard" (Netflix Top 10), "Downfall of The Crypto King" (BBC1), and "Never Ending Murder" (Amazon Prime). Your core responsibilities will include generating new ideas, writing treatments, designing impactful pitch decks (in-design skills essential), securing access to key contributors, and sometimes casting. While the ability to shoot/edit tasters is a bonus, it's not a regular part of the job-your focus will be on research, writing, and developing strong concepts that resonate with audiences. In addition to creative work, you'll manage light diary tasks for yourself and Creative Director Sheldon Lazarus, and handle a few administrative duties like sending weekly project updates. Crucially, you'll have direct exposure to commissioners, expanding your industry network and working closely with our partners at Fulwell73. Based on Upper Street, you'll need to be available to collaborate in person a three times a week. This is not an entry-level role-we're looking for someone with the experience and drive to deliver high-quality, innovative content.
