Full Job Description

Do you have great administration skills? Why not join us as a Development & Sales Administrator and get to work with an amazing team.

The successful candidate will provide high quality administrative support to the Development, Land, Technical and Sales team as a member of the Development & Sales Admin Team.

The opportunity is to cover a maternity leave and will end on 30 April 2025.

The role

As you can imagine the role will require you to complete a variety of administration tasks.

You'll be the first point of contact for all payment queries and all administration requests for the team, so you'll get to build some really strong working relationships.

You'll be inputting data entry for new homes using our Development software. You'll be ensuring that the purchase order process runs smoothly, investigating invoices to ensure prompt payment, as well as assisting colleagues with invoice refunds and associated finance paperwork.

You will be working collaboratively to manage the central email inbox, making sure daily tasks are completed and deadlines are met.

    To be great in this role you will have strong IT skills and have experience of working with mail merges, databases and spreadsheets. You will have excellent communication skills, a clear understanding of the importance of customer service, a can-do attitude and a flexible approach to work when required.


  • You'll be confident in your administrative skills and will bring your experience to the role so that you can really make a difference. The team will provide you with training on our systems and processes and through this you will really gain your knowledge of the role.
