This role is seeking an accomplished professional with a track record of leading and managing successful construction and strategic development programmes. We are seeking an experienced leader with a depth and breadth of experience from inception to completion across the full project cycle. This role will benefit from the unique opportunity to lead and shape the newly established Corporate Development Team (CDT) with a £170 million Capital Programme of exciting projects. Salary of £56,796 - £ 64,625 with an additional £5,000 market supplement dependant on experience (the role benefits from a £3,768 car allowance). This new role will take on overall responsibility for the CDT with direct line management of several key roles within the newly established multi-skilled team.
