From the start you will receive a warm welcome through an induction which will give you the opportunity to go through your role and responsibilities, terms of employment, learn about some of our key policies and procedures as well as provide you with some practical information to make the transition into your new role as smooth and effective as possible.

We need someone who has experience working with customers to provide support on the end-to-end process for planning applications. Working in our busy team you will be able to prioritise tasks and complete a number of work areas each day. You will be responsible for assessing information sent to you in various mediums and providing a high quality of customer service. Alongside this you will communicate with colleagues across different teams providing support. To do this, you will be a confident user of Microsoft Office, relish the opportunity to take a flexible approach to work and enjoy problem solving.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, have the ability to thrive as part of a team and be able to maintain customer focus at all times.

It is essential that you have GCSEs in Maths and English Language or demonstrate equivalent academic, are enthusiastic to learn and develop and thrive on providing the best possible outcomes for our customers.

Band C (SCP 3-5) £22,737 - £23,500 per annum
37 hours per week, Hybrid working with a minimum 2 days in the office per week
