Devops & Integration Lead

As a DevOps & Integration Lead, you will lead IBM into the future by translating system requirements
into the design and development of customized systems in an agile environment. You will
work with various projects and clients, working towards client specifications. You will have a
real passion for the philosophy of DevOps which they'll be able to use to their advantage and
deliver value for our clients.

Your primary responsibilities include:
Your role will involve designing and deploying solutions to the cloud which will
allow automatic provisioning and management of environments, the capability to
continuously integrate and containerization functionality and the automation of
testing.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Collaboration: Work alongside the architect & Design Lead to identify and design integration points.


• Integration Strategy: Develop and maintain integration architecture designs to ensure a seamless integration strategy


• Collaboration and Alignment: Coordinate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure integration and DevOps practices are aligned with business objectives and security policies.


• Quality and Performance Monitoring: Establish monitoring and alerting systems to track the performance and reliability of integrations and deployed applications, ensuring they meet quality standards.


• Security and Compliance: Ensure that all integrations and DevOps practices comply with relevant security standards and regulatory requirements.
