Full Job Description

Work closely with IT Cloud and Operations on technical designs and specifications, aligning with the overall Cloud Operations roadmaps and architectures.
Contribute to the documentation of designs and implementation strategies.
Ensuring effective solution rollout into teams and existing application

Demonstrable experience working on Azure cloud platform with solid troubleshooting skills.
IaC automation using Terraform.
Production experience of containers and container orchestration tools (Docker/Kubernetes)
Experience in working with enterprise scale applications, API Gateways, high availability architectures, load balancing & disaster recovery.
Knowledge of application and cloud security fundamentals
Experience of setting up CI/CD pipelines including production deployments
Experience building and working with logging and metrics solutions (Azure application Insights/ELK/Prometheus/Grafana)
Knowledge of testing pyramids and their application to modern application architectures (microservices/SPAs)
Experience of setting up Azure Platform as a Service (PaaS):- SQL DB, CosmosDB and ServiceBus
Demonstrable experience of debugging applications in at least one major language (eg Java/Python/NodeJS/Go)
Knowledge of at least one package/dependency management system (eg Maven/Gradle/NPM/Composer/Yarn)
In depth experience of Git including development and feature based workflows and at least one Git solution (eg Github/Gitlab/Gerrit/Azure DevOps)
Knowledge of modern infrastructure practices and delivering Automation
