This role is to assist in the provision of a breast imaging service, performing mammograms and further views, assisting with VAB (stereo and US), assisting with US procedures, chaperoning US patients, contrast -enhanced mammography. Skills and Experience The post holder will be a qualified Diagnostic Radiographer with an active Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration and a post graduate qualification in mammography. Patient centred care will be at the forefront of the post holder's clinical and professional practice and they will demonstrate clinical skills that provide the highest standards possible. They must exercise adherence to patient confidentiality legislation and maintain information governance standards at all times. Proficient use of the department's Radiology Information System (Soliton) and Picture Archiving Communications System (PACS) will be demonstrated with each patient episode.
