Full Job Description

We are looking for an efficient and highly organised Diary Coordinator to join our Central team. This is a new role, supporting the Chief Officers, and will provide diary management support to members of the Strategic Leadership Group. The job holder will manage all aspects of the Strategic Leadership Groups diaries, working closely with Chief Information Officer and the Administration Assistants to make the best use of time available for priority issues ensuring all logistical/administrative arrangements are in place. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that calendars are managed effectively, forward planning to identify any potential clashes and bringing these to the attention of the relevant Chief Officer. The post holder will also be responsible for managing all Trust Calendars, room booking and supporting members of the Strategic Leadership Group with basic administrative tasks such as organising meetings, printing, meeting paper preparation.,

  • Be part of an administration division that provides support across the central executive function, ensuring a high quality of service is delivered to the Trust and received by the Trust's stakeholders.

  • Manage the electronic diaries of the Strategic Leadership Group, including arranging and changing appointments, prioritising these as appropriate.

  • Arrange both internal and external meetings for the Strategic Leadership Group.

  • Support members of the Strategic Leadership Group with basic administrative tasks such as organising meetings, printing, meeting paper preparation.

  • Compile and manage all Trust Calendars.

  • Manage room booking for the Central Team.

  • have excellent organisational skills;

  • have a pleasant and personable manner;

  • have strong ICT skills;

  • be able to deliver effectively on a range of varied concurrent objectives within a fast-paced environment;

  • work well under pressure, with accuracy and attention to detail, and meet deadlines;

  • be able to work flexibly as part of a central administrative team with shared responsibilities to ensure the Trusts needs are met.

    An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the St Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Academy Trust as it continues its journey of transition to develop and grow the multi academy trust.


  • Our Trust currently consists of eleven primary and three secondary schools, further schools will join us in the autumn term and we will grow over the coming academic years. The Trust is part of the Salford Diocese and in September 2022, Bishop John Arnold confirmed that it is his intention that the Diocese work to implement a full multi academy trust model by 2030. The new Administrative Assistant will join the Trust at an exciting point in its development and can look forward to playing an important part in its continued success., Our Trust Mission is simple, it is to make Christ known, making lives better for our communities, our children and young people.
