Full Job Description

This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Are you looking for a fast paced challenging role supporting a busy Chief Operating Officer's office? Do you have substantial experience of admin support and diary management at a senior level? Are you pro-active and have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively?, This is a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of diary management for the Chief Operating Officer and will appeal to suitably qualified candidates seeking an exciting and challenging role.

You will be part of a professional team that works collaboratively to ensure that the Chief Operating Officer is constantly supported to a high level. You will have substantial experience of working with a busy electronic diary and possess excellent digital, secretarial, interpersonal and organisational skills. An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages together with reliability, forward-thinking and accuracy are also essential. The ability to demonstrate a high degree of personal responsibility and initiative in all areas of the role is required. Diplomatic and discreet in approach, you will be skilled at managing a complex workload accurately, including electronic diary and document management.
