An exciting opportunity has arisenfor a highly motivated, experiencedRegistered Dietitian to join our established Adult Eating Disorders Service in Durham Tees Valley.

This post provides an opportunity to work as part of our multi-disciplinary team in the Adult eating disorder service community team which works across Durham Tees Valley. The role will be based at Imperial Avenue, Norton, with opportunities to work alongside several dietitians and nutritionists across the area of adult eating disorders

The clinical aspect of this role covers the Teesside, Durham and Darlington locality. We provide full assessment of nutritional needs; provide input to formulation meetings and management of physical health. Involvement would also include supporting supervision and development of policies and procedures, highlighting the specialist dietetic knowledge that may be included., In addition to the clinical duties the post holder will provide clinical supervision in the specialist field of Eating Disorders and will have the opportunity to participate in policy development, audit, research activities, pathway development, staff and student training. We have regular speciality team meetings to develop skills and peer support. We can provide training and support to engage with the complex needs of the patient group. We work closely with other health professionals colleagues and often deliver joint care work. We have a robust clinical and management supervision structure and support and promote continued professional training and development.,
