Full Job Description
- You will be aware of barriers of effective communication and to use communication skills to overcome these barriers.
- To be professionally and legally accountable for all aspects of work.
- Be able to discuss/instruct medical, nursing, other HCP and catering staff to effect change in the patients nutritional status
- The ability to input data onto into house management systems
