Digital Acquisition Lead (12 month FTC)

Sitting within our Brand and Acquisition Marketing Team and reporting directly to the Head of Brand and Acquisition, you will spearhead the strategy and execution of our digital marketing efforts.

What you will do:
Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning:
+ Develop and implement a 12-month digital marketing plan for both regions.
+ Drive new customer acquisition through targeted digital channels.
+ Analyse and optimise channel performance to support growth.
Channel Management:
+ Coordinate paid social strategy with agency partners to meet targets, improve creative, and maximise return on investment.
+ Work with display and programmatic agencies to improve campaign efficiency for customer acquisition and retargeting.
+ Lead affiliate marketing efforts, especially in North America, to find new partners and channels.
+ Explore new digital marketing channels for business growth.
Search Marketing Oversight:
+ Manage the Senior Search Manager, aligning paid and organic search with business goals.
Reporting & Analysis:
+ Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with insights on cost-effectiveness, bookings, and future strategies.
+ Present biweekly updates at trading meetings.
Budget Ownership:
+ Manage the digital marketing budget to ensure efficient channel spending.
North American Market Growth:
+ Increase the North American customer base by demonstrating market knowledge to meet targets.

+ A digital marketing professional with experience in both the UK and North American markets.
+ Hands-on experience with paid social, display, programmatic, and affiliate marketing.
+ Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach, capable of providing actionable insights and recommendations.
+ Proven experience in managing external agencies and delivering on important metrics.
+ A passion for travel and adventure!
