The Complex Needs & Disability Care Group within the Children, Young People and Family Health Services Directorate is investing in it's future workforce and looking to support individuals to develop their skills to achieve a career in an administration role within Cardiff & Vale UHB.
We have two exciting opportunities available for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to learn from our friendly administration team. The successful applicants should have a proactive and friendly attitude, good communication skills and be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm to learn. The role involves a full range of administrative and secretarial services across multi-disciplinary teams to support effective and efficient administration function to our clinical and non-clinical services. This post is fixed term for 15 months from start date due to apprenticeship contract., To provide an efficient and effective clerical and administration support service to a designated team in accordance with Health Boards policies and procedures.
To attend regular review meetings with the supervisor and assessor, leading to an Apprenticeship Qualification in Digital Skills for Business Level 2.

Please be advised that there is a temporary top up for Bands 1,2 and 3 to reflect the incorporation of the top up to the living wage of £12 per hour - £23,465 per annum.
