Digital Administrator

The post holder will have responsibility for gathering, inputting, analyzing and managing data required by the team. They will coordinate the recall of patients who have become lost to follow up (LTFU) within the service, updating patient records, facilitating good communication between patients and the multidisciplinary team whilst ensuring patient confidentiality is maintained.
They will be required to collect and manage data on the system and provide a range of administrative functions.

The Specialist Medicine Division is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Band 4 Digital Administration to support the delivery of HIV services provided by All East Service, the successful applicant will be responsible for gathering, inputting, analyzing and managing data required by the team. They will coordinate the recall of patients who have become lost to follow up (LTFU) within the service, updating patient records, facilitating good communication between patients & the multidisciplinary team whilst ensuring patient confidentiality is maintained.
This is an exciting & important role within the service. The successful candidate will provide a high level of customer service & will need to have experience of working at reception, clerical & administrative skills preferably within a healthcare environment. A working knowledge & experience of using an appointment system would be an advantage.
You will be a team-player with excellent written & verbal communication skills. You will have an excellent telephone manner with good interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to duties. You will be friendly & helpful, & able to prioritise & organise your own workload. You need to be comfortable working in an ever-changing environment & be able to retain your focus on providing an excellent service to patients, staff & external stakeholders.
