Full Job Description
- Support and lead on some of the day-to-day Adoption activities by working closely with the Change & Adoption team and our Digital Workplace team. Sharing tips to ensure that the Digital Ninja community is engaged, upskilled, and up-to-date on the latest technology enhancements & tooling updates.
- Support community-building activities and engage with select colleagues from across the business in a peer-level forum to drive adoption within business areas.
- Create and contribute to a regular drumbeat of engaging comms and activities that feel different, ensuring enthusiasm and positive uptake as well as propelling campaigns.
- Test technology changes and identify benefits these bring for colleagues across the business, shaping easy-to-adopt tips, guidance, and insights through relevant channels.
- Review, analyse and track adoption and engagement metrics to enable the team to understand end-user adoption, then identify, recommend, and design targeted interventions and activities.
- Identify and project technology benefits into the business to encourage changes to ways of working whilst maintaining knowledge of market trends, products, and services such as ongoing enhancements., This position will be based from London on a hybrid basis. With 20 sites across the UK, we can potentially facilitate office work, working from home, flexible hours, and part-time options. - Ability to think strategically as well as communicate updates and identify and escalate any blockers in delivery on workstreams in a confident and professional manner.
- Takes time to learn about other people and their experiences, demonstrates curiosity and open-mindedness to new ideas, approaches, and perspectives
- Good understanding of the benefits of new technologies including Digital Workplace tools, such as Teams / OneDrive etc and how they enable collaboration, among other benefits, providing user-friendly, 'how-to' advice on tools and apps
- Organised and detail orientated who can manage competing priorities, tasks, and deliver on deadlines
- Ambitious, collaborative individual with a passion for problem-solving and impactful change
- A strong communicator: written and verbal communication are clear and precise, and is s able to adjust communication style based on target audience and messaging, whilst being an innovative, creative thinker with the ability to visually communicate - whether in PowerPoint graphics, short videos, GIFs, screen recording, data visualisation
- Adaptive and eager to learn, up to date and passionate about new technology enhancements and willing to share knowledge with others. Skills we'd love to see/Amazing Extras:
