Full Job Description

As a key member of the Systems Training Team, you will work to create, deploy, evaluate, update and review digital adoption materials at all stages of the end-to-end user journey across a wide variety of platforms and applications. Working closely with key stakeholders and colleagues to deliver high-quality digital adoption experiences., Responsible for creating engaging and impactful digital adoption content across various cloud-based platforms.
-Experienced in using tools like WalkMe, WeFix, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate or similar.
-Able to integrate various multimedia content and components into hybrid training solutions.
-Conduct quality reviews (user acceptance testing and user experience) before publishing content and design assessments and other evaluation tools to measure learner progress and engagement.
-Highlight and research the latest multimedia technologies, platforms, tools and solutions to ensure "best in-class" quality standards of usability, accessibility, and visual/aesthetic consistency.
-Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 suite of applications and other similar digital platforms and equipment to create simple and effective content to support the systems training programmes.
-Reviewing content performance and providing insights into system processes to identify and improve end user activity.
-Provide regular reports of digital adoption performance.
-Working with other cross functional projects as required.

Experienced in scripting and storyboarding, you will be competent in the use of graphic design, video production, animation, and interactive multimedia applications to create, edit and enhance digital adoption content.

You'll support operational teams to use our systems efficiently, consistently and drive-up data integrity. Your content will digitally engage people and promote best practice. A great communicator, you'll have the confidence, patience and enthusiasm needed to explain technical system subjects in a clear and easy to understand way., Specialist knowledge of digital adoption platforms.
-Methodical approach to creating engaging digital content.
-Knowledge of story boarding methodologies and techniques.
-Effective planning and prioritisation skills with the ability to set to and work to deadlines.
-Ability to deal with complex, and ambiguous information where an answer isn't immediately clear.
-Excellent oral and written skills to produce data insights, reports, content and presentations.
-The ability to understand and explain complex technological scenarios into simple end user content.

-Experience at working with various stakeholders at different levels in the organisation.

Qualifications & Training

-Computer Science qualification, equivalent professional knowledge or experience within the digital adoption field.
