ActionAid UK is looking for a Senior Digital Analyst to join our dynamic Digital team in London. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the execution of effective media strategies and campaigns, manage media data and analytics, and contribute to our overall media efforts. Apply now to be a part of our team!, As a Senior Digital Analyst at ActionAid UK, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Digital in;

  • Managing the end-to-end implementation of tracking across all websites using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager, maintaining systems and documentation to ensure content can be accurately monitored and reviewed

  • Working with external agencies to implement tracking to support PPC campaigns

  • Monitoring and analysing online data and produce actionable insights that drive improvements to site performance, user journeys, user engagement and conversion rates, using Google Analytics and other analytics tools

  • Understanding goals and objectives of digital products and campaigns and advise on appropriate metrics and KPIs to measure success

  • Delivering monthly performance reports and provide ad hoc advice, reports and analysis where requested including data visualisations and dashboards e.g. Looker (Data Studio)

  • Implementing a structured approach to documenting and reporting findings to build insights and drive continuous learning and improvement

    ActionAid UK has a hybrid working policy for many of our roles. The requirement will vary from team to team and the responsibilities of individual roles. Some roles may require in-office attendance on all days and if so, these will clearly be marked as in-office roles.
