Full Job Description

Join us as our Digital Analyst on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, reporting to the Head of Marketing - Digital, and become a key member of the Marketing Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Analyst to take the lead in providing insights and areas of opportunity that will guide marketing decisions across the UK and Europe. You will be responsible for providing regular reports and insights based on our analytics data, setting up new tagging, answering ad hoc questions about the website and campaign performance and supporting other teams looking for analytics data., You will also be required to help set monthly performance targets and model leads phasing for European marketing colleagues.

  • An analytical thinker with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in a marketing-focused analyst position
  • Excellent experience using Excel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Power BI
  • Experience in Google Big Query and SQL and confident in working with data
  • Experience of cookie management
  • An ability to understand complex business questions and to be able to frame the right analytical question to solve them using data.
  • Ability to extract key information from a large volume of data and effectively explain business challenges and performance
  • Experience in commercial analysis as well as digital marketing
  • Experience in user journey optimisation and user experience
  • Strong communication skills - both oral presentation and business writing
  • Ability to interact positively at all levels within the Company
  • Dynamic and able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
  • Methodical approach to work, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
  • Educated to degree level
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
