Digital Archiving Administrator x2

Office Based at Great Yarmouth or Kings Lynn

Full time, 37 hours a week, Monday – Friday

Starting Salary at £23,781 per annum, with future progression opportunities to £25,298 per annum

Fixed Term Contract (3 months)

 

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for two Digital Archiving Administrators to join our team.

One role will be based at our Great Yarmouth office, and the other based at our Kings Lynn office. The role requires the candidates to have awareness of data protection principles and have good numeracy and literacy skills enabling good attention to detail.

The role involves:

  • transferring relevant tenancy agreements which are currently stored in hardcopy format to digital form.
  • checking if the agreement is already on our system and once scanned on, that it opens correctly and has been saved correctly.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • A reasonable standard of literacy and numeracy required to ensure accuracy of work.
  • The ability to plan and manage own workload, problem solve and use own initiative.
  • Experience and understanding (likely gained in an Administration role) of:
  • Use of Microsoft office products
  • Accessing databases
  • Basic filing & administration tasks
