Full Job Description

Lyst is seeking a talented and creative Digital Art Worker to join our in-house team. In this entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and editing imagery for our editorial and marketing materials. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about digital art and fashion to kickstart their career in a dynamic e-commerce environment.,

  • Source high-quality images from various platforms and databases for use in editorial content and marketing campaigns

  • Edit and optimize images using industry-standard software to ensure they meet Lyst's brand guidelines and quality standards

  • Collaborate with the editorial and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver visuals that align with campaign objectives

  • Maintain an organized digital asset library, ensuring easy access to images for team members

  • Stay updated on current trends in digital art, photography, and fashion to inform your work

  • Assist in creating simple graphics and visual elements as needed

    Proficiency in image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

  • Strong eye for composition, colour, and visual aesthetics

  • Basic understanding of digital image formats and optimization for web and mobile platforms

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines

  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment


  • Preferred:
  • Knowledge of photography principles and techniques

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite beyond Photoshop and Illustrator - After Effects in particular would be amazing

  • Understanding of current fashion trends and e-commerce best practices

  • Experience with digital asset management systems

  • Our Ways of Working: We come into the office between 2-4 days a week and we're always in on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
