Full Job Description

In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Digital Brand Strategy Manager to champion the needs of our brands, Cunard and P&O Cruises into our new Digital Function. Carnival UK is building an industry-leading Digital function dedicated to crafting exceptional experiences that delight our guests, fulfil our promise of holiday happiness, whilst driving substantial revenue growth. We want to empower our teams to deliver exceptional results, and the new Digital Brand Strategy Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the way we do this. This exciting new role will act as a liaison between the brands and the Digital team, making sure we're strategically aligned from a commercial, brand and guest experience perspective. This pivotal role will involve:

  • Understanding the commercial and business objectives of the brand, engaging in business planning activities and relaying brand ambitions across the wider digital function.
  • Acting as main point of contact for the brands, providing regular updates on progress against roadmap and performance targets.
  • Co-ordinating inputs into brand requests for regular reports such as a monthly commercial report.
  • Collating information and creating reports and insights to support strategy and product management processes.
  • Ensuring that stakeholders in the brand are aware of the strategic and demand management approach and timeframes. Provide support and guidance to help stakeholders adhere to the approach.
  • This role is positioned at CUK07 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

  • Previous background in strategy development, budget management and planning
  • Experienced working with Product / Agile teams
  • Advanced change management skills
  • Experienced in governance process and prioritisation
