If you are currently undertaking this apprenticeship or have previously completed this apprenticeship or equivalent programme of study please do not apply - for any further eligibility queries please email [email protected] An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business and Administration Apprentice to join the Digital Admin Support Team. Opportunities will be provided to work across a range of different teams within Digital Transformation including: + · Digital Business Administration + · Clinical Coding + · Contracts & Purchasing + · Telecommunications + · IT Service Desk + · Digital Programmes - Project Support Full training for the role will be part of your induction to the service along with the Level 3 Business and Administration Apprenticeship and will include study time., This role will predominantly provide administrative support to the Clinical Coding Department with logging and tracking of patient records, collections and returns of patient records to meet monthly deadline. There will be a physical element to this role in obtaining patient records from all areas of the hospital with a trolley. In addition, this role will include a wide range of additional administrative duties. You will assist with record keeping, updating of Admin Planner, meeting administration, diary and inbox management, purchasing processes, fault logging and tracking, reporting as well as supporting and opportunities to contribute to process changes.
