Full Job Description
- Assist in technical development of digital processes across the Conservation Centre to support collecting, preservation, access, and cultural and commercial use objectives
- Provide specialised data networking analysis, troubleshooting and development, along with coding and programming where necessary to maintain security and sustainability of rapidly changing technologies essential to minimize risk to digital collections and maintain C&I services.
- Work closely with relevant colleagues across Collections & Information teams to evolve strategies for managing and supporting technology interdependencies, security of networks and sustainability of complex and commercially unsupported software dependencies., First Name

Substantial experience working at both managerial and practical levels to support and maintain digital film and television post-production workflows. - Proficient in interpreting and developing programming code, with practical experience of Python, Microsoft Server, Open-Source platforms, and system networks.
- In depth knowledge of current and legacy video, audio, digital, television and film systems, spanning all historic technologies.
- Proactive approach to working constructively and effectively with external service/support providers and contractors to maintain good relationships and achieve best value for the BFI.
