Full Job Description
A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced Digital Change Manager to work in a busy IM&T department of Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
The Digital Change Management team provides support for a large range of IT projects from a busy programme of work.
The post holder will need to be highly experienced, enthusiastic, team-focused and highly motivated to provide excellent change management activities for our main Electronic Patient Record supplier ORACLE Health (Cerner Millennium), plus other IT applications.
The successful post applicant must have the following skills/expertise:
- A good understanding of change management methodology and experience of implementing clinical change management projects
- Minimum of five years middle/senior NHS management background with recent experience of implementing change programmes within a large and diverse environment.
- Knowledge of benefits management methodology and experience of carrying our benefits realisation for clinical systems implementation.
- Experience of process mapping, analysis and improvement.
- Experience of working with and facilitating multi-disciplinary groups will be essential as will the ability to communicate and manage the impacts of large-scale IT implementation.
- Good Knowledge of the ORACLE Health /Cerner Millennium Solution.
