Full Job Description

As Digital Clientelling Coordinator you will be responsible for leading the execution of our Client Engagement Digital Clientelling programme.,

  • End to end responsibility for the execution of the Client Engagement Digital Clientelling program, including service development, training, performance management, CRM activities and campaign orchestration globally.
  • Structure and maintain a comprehensive digital clientelling calendar leveraging on data and customer insights to identify key journeys and opportunities
  • Partner with the regional teams to develop, plan and improve clientelling activities through locally relevant campaigns, projects & initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Data Science team to develop and leverage on data models and tools that could improve accuracy and personalisation of the targeted clients.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Digital Marketing to ensure alignment and orchestration between the Client Engagement calendar and initiatives and the ones of the other channels within Burberry.
  • Liaise with Digital and CRM peers to deliver to the regions relevant materials and services for clientelling activities to be used by CS to engage with clients.
  • Through analytics and in partnership with Data teams, understand the impact and uplift driven by the clientelling activities.
  • Share best practices, training and build capabilities at regional level.

    Experience of working with CRM databases and platforms as well as with tracking, measurement and analytics tools;
  • Ability to work across a range of disciplines from data and analytics through to creative and marketing;
  • Understanding of retail and luxury goods market;
  • Experience in Tableau or other data visualisation tool (preferred but not required);
  • Proactive and eager in taking part to innovative projects and work cross-functionally;
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands;
  • Ability to work independently and deliver a project under tight timelines;
  • Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
