Full Job Description

Are you a digital communications expert with a passion for making a real impact? We are looking for a dynamic individual to drive our digital presence and engage our diverse audiences.
You will:
+ Drive digital strategy: Implement and support our digital communications strategy across our websites and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with our broader goals and objectives
+ Create compelling content: Develop and curate content that resonates with our target audiences, inspiring and engaging them while maintaining best practice guidelines
+ Innovate and optimise: Design a forward-looking innovation and development roadmap for our digital channels, ensuring we leverage the latest technology
+ Lead and advise: Collaborate with colleagues across the Trust and external partners, offering expert advice on digital communication strategies, campaigns, and community engagement, + To produce content for the Trust's website and social media channels in line with the organisations overarching communications strategy
+ To produce regular reporting on the performance of the Trust's digital communications
+ To provide advice and guidance to colleagues across the Trust and external partners on best practice for digital communications
+ Develop and deliver digital communications campaigns to increase the awareness of the Trust and its services amongst its target audiences
+ To ensure the constant development and innovation of the Trust's digital channels
+ Ensure Trust's external newsletters are planned and sent efficiently in line with best practice, + To ensure the Trust, King's Maudsley Partnership and South London Listens websites are kept up to date with timely and engaging content
+ To ensure the Trust's owned social media channels are kept up to date with timely and engaging content
+ Drive growth of the Trust's digital audience by ensuring engaging and shareable content
+ To assist colleagues across the Trust with website and social media projects, giving expert guidance in terms of content, section or site development
+ To create campaigns that will grow the Trust's social media following and community engagement
+ To increase visits to the Trust's website through our social media channels
+ To encourage and execute content from our stakeholders
+ Manage the Trust's external newsletter programme
Communications and relations
+ To produce accurate, effective and highly engaging content for the Trust's digital platforms and presences
+ To us specialist expertise to advise colleagues digital communication best practice
+ To establish and maintain effective co-operative working relationships with all stakeholder groups, internally and externally, at all levels
+ To ensure that communications are correctly tailored for the appropriate target audiences
+ To plan and organise digital communication activities and events, requiring the formulation and adjustment of plans and strategies
+ To manage contracts with external suppliers ensuring value for money and working within the framework of the organisation
Policy and service development
+ To develop digital and social media plans to ensure the constant development and innovation of the Trust's platforms and presences
+ To plan, manage and coordinate often complex programmes and projects across digital communication activities, order to ensure that resources available are allocated appropriately with all deadlines met
