Full Job Description

Website Management:

  • Utilise WordPress to publish engaging content on our websites.

  • Source relevant images, videos, and social media content to enhance our online presence.

  • Strategise methods to attract and engage new audiences.

  • Compose a weekly newsletter to send out to our mailing list.


  • Social Media Engagement:
  • Maintain and expand our social media footprint across diverse platforms.

  • Suggest new approaches to engage with our audience online.

  • Design engaging graphics tailored for social media platforms.


  • Events Promotion:
  • Assist in the promotion of our events and publications both online and offline.

  • Participate in event coordination and support activities on the day of the event.

    Knowledge of the Middle East.

  • Motivated self-starter with attitude to learn.

  • Proficient in navigating social media platforms with a knack for creating impactful online presence.

  • Experience in managing social media pages or websites., Collaborative team player with flexibility and adaptability as we want to foster a positive work environment.

  • Highly organised individual with strong attention to detail.

  • Innovative thinker capable of devising strategies to overcome challenges.

  • Effective problem solver with ability to adapt to changing situations.


  • Desired Skills (not mandatory):
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or similar software.

  • Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress.

  • Platform knowledge of Hootsuite, Instagram, YouTube Studio, TikTok Creator and Twitter Studio etc.
