Digital Communities & Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a Digital Communities & Partnerships Manager to help shape a growing area of Autistica's Income Generation strategy.

This is a new role within the Corporate & Commercial Partnerships team, which is part of the Income Generation department. You will lead our Jingle Jam partnership and should have enthusiasm for games, streaming, and content creation, as well as digital expertise across platforms such as Discord, Tiltify, and Twitch. We're especially excited to hear from people who have an eye for creating and executing engaging digital game content and who are exceptional relationship managers., Role responsibilities

• Day-to-day planning and execution of the Jingle Jam partnership including leading internal working group meetings


• Develop digital acquisition and retention strategies across multiple digital platforms


• Day-to-day management and development of key digital platforms: Discord, Twitch, Tiltify


• Lead on Games digital content creation to acquire and steward content creators, community streamers, sponsors and brands


• Leverage and build networks in the Games Industry to support existing partnerships and acquire new ones


• Lead on developing an Autistica-led tentpole event and fundraising mechanic


• Attend industry events to grow support for Autistica in the content creation and games space


• Support the Head of in developing sponsorship propositions for brands with an affiliation/interest in gaming and/or content creation
