Full Job Description
Looking for a role where you proactively co-ordinate trade, brand, marketing and operational activities? If so, we have an opportunity for a Digital Content and Marketing Executive to join our Digital team! The Impact you will have in this role is:
- Executing detailed and well-coordinated digital channel plans as per the direction from the Senior Digital Content & Marketing Executive.
- Contributing to and delivering the overall digital content and marketing strategy in line with business objectives and brand goals.
- Assisting in communicating the overarching brand direction and optimising campaigns for digital.
- Balancing trade and brand priorities appropriately.
- Direct remit across all forms of digital content from static information (e.g. delivering info pages), to tactical activities (e.g. trading promotions), to broader brand campaigns (e.g. new season launch, collaborations).
- Working closely with the Senior Digital Content & Marketing Executive to plan and deliver highly innovative campaigns and content, which drive consumer engagement and increase brand reach to new audiences.
- Assisting in the contribution and delivery of brand growth plans and the activity required to help deliver conversion requirements.
- Delivering a highly considered and consistent tone of voice which is aligned to brand guidelines, developing content and copywriting skill sets, whilst adapting for the appropriate audience and channel as needed.
- Inputting into the broader brand strategy alongside the Senior Digital & Marketing Executive. Supporting with insight and knowledge of the digital consumer.
- Delivering the localised content strategy and messaging as appropriate to local markets.
- Coordinating the production of digital assets and front-end experience to deliver content and marketing plans, working closely with the Senior Digital & Marketing Executive, Digital Designers and Front-end Developers, to QA and execute plans.
- Contributing to broader brand requirements for imagery, content and photography, working with the Brand team to capture feedback and plan improvements and initiatives to deliver improvements.
- Promoting new ways of working e.g. onboarding on new content management systems, to enable Content teams to fully own the execution of content, including international regions.
- Contributing to new and innovative digital tools and techniques, collaborating with the Group Digital Technology team, to improve internal processes and further drive consumer engagement.
- Compliance and adherence to consumer and data protection policies, managing consumer data and mitigating risk, aligned to the Group's GDPR strategy and procedures
- Contributing as an active member of the digital content and marketing team. - At least 1 year's experience working in digital content and marketing.
- Experience managing a digital content plan and communicating this to internal stakeholders.
- Appreciation for consumer-experience, delivering innovative experiences and communications which drive customer retention and brand loyalty.
- Experienced in working cross-functionally to deliver change, influencing others / other teams, with a "can do" attitude and hands-on solution-based approach.
- Ability to communicate effectively both 1-2-1 and in larger groups.
- Awareness of the importance in planning and developing digital content to trading performance.
- Experience in complying to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Relevant international eCommerce regulations e.g. consent and targeting.
