Full Job Description
- Develop creative ideas and concepts to an agreed brief
- Bring to life ideas across all media from print to digital and motion
- Creating web UX/UI design, digital display, app design and video across the branding and campaign disciplines
- Managing briefs through the entire creative process from concept to delivery
- Working on multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meeting deadlines
- Develop user-centred journeys for website and app projects
- Wireframe creation that considers the user experience and content requirements for website and app projects
- Working with developers to ensure that designs are translated accurately and effectively
- Developing the design and systems that support and bring to life the desired user experience in digital channels

Due to team expansion, they are looking to acquire the services of a Digital Designer to join the team on a Full time basis. You will be responsible for taking the lead on digital output for the agency covering web projects, app design and digital display advertising. The ideal candidate must have previous working experience in a Creative/Marketing agency., Previous Digital Designer experience within a Creative/Marketing Agency - Ability and confidence to voice suggestions on team projects
- Extremely motivated, goal-orientated and a strong communicator
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe packages: XD, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Animate and Premier Pro
- Manage, prioritise and organise workflows and multiple projects
- Collaborate with the team and lead projects where required
Working Hours are 9 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Friday - Hybrid working, 3 days a week in the studio (Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
