Full Job Description
The Digital Designer will be joining a driven and highly collaborative team. Our team vision is to create seamless user experiences that are meaningful, accessible and desirable. We do this by focusing on user insights backed by data to ensure we improve our users' experiences across all touch points. As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for designing, editing, uploading and scheduling content across our websites, apps and emails. You'll also be responsible for designing new artwork templates and new landing pages in the CMS, and supporting the senior designers with optimization through testing. The successful candidate will be keen to learn, want to strive for success and have a desire to question everything. An eye for detail coupled with a creative flair is a must for this role.
- Regularly updating content on our websites and apps via CMS.
- Supporting in the creation and/or resizing of artwork for web and other channels, such as apps and email.
- Working collaboratively with the other digital designers, in a fast-paced environment to achieve results and meet deadlines
- Creating new templates for artwork and emails.
- Designing new landing page template layouts in the CMS.
- Supporting the senior designers by optimising emails and landing pages
- Working collaboratively with the other digital designers, in a fast-paced environment to achieve results and meet deadlines
- Adopt a data driven design approach that thrives on validation of key decisions and rationale
- Share a strong understanding of digital design best practices.
- Work closely to our design system guidelines in Figma to ensure assets are consistent established by the product design team.
At least 2 years' experience in a similar design role - A collaborative designer who has a solid track record of using their initiative in order to achieve results
- A motivated and enthusiastic self-starter with excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in tools such as Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Understanding of mobile design and device optimisation.
- Experience in eCommerce platforms and CMS systems
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A pro-active attitude in demonstrating ways to constantly improve customer experience.
- Demonstrate a knowledge of digital design best practices
- Portfolio demonstrating clean and professional web/mobile/digital design.
