Full Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, organised, and collaborative learning technologist (known locally as Digital Education Developer) to support the University of Lincoln's digital strategy. You will have the opportunity to join the University at a pivotal moment and play a critical role in helping to shape the delivery of online learning.

You will need to bring a co-ordinated and proactive approach to the support and enhancement of, and innovation in, digital education and engagement in furtherance of our strategic agenda.

The University puts students at the heart of everything it does and has a reputation in the Higher Education sector for student-led innovation in teaching and learning. We are seeking an individual to provide support for blended learning delivery of taught programmes, and the creation of associated digital learning resources, in order to place them within a Lincoln physical context.

You will be dedicated to the delivery of online learning, working in close partnership with academic and digital education colleagues across both Universities. In particular, you will lead digital support for creation, advice, and practical input into effective strategies to enhance teaching and learning with technology to support our students to access learning resources in a timely and effective manner.

Excellent organisation and communication skills with advanced knowledge of digital learning tools are essential. Experience of supporting digital education within distance learning programmes are desirable.
