Digital FP&A Lead

Forseven, a revolutionary company is looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, are seeking a Digital FP&A Lead , to join our highly skilled and dynamic Finance Team. This role will be reporting into the Senior FP&A Manager.

The role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of our offices in Leamington /Bicester where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

You will join the team at an exciting time as we transition from spreadsheets to digital systems and implement a long-term ERP system. This role offers the opportunity to build first-time-right solutions using the best technology. With your experience in implementing digital solutions for FP&A teams, you'll actively participate in financial planning processes to understand business drivers and user needs. You'll develop and improve user-oriented digital tools, working closely with Finance Business Partners, the Finance Systems Manager, and IT teams to integrate business understanding with technology. What you will do:

• Participate in key financial planning processes (budget, forecast, business plan, analyses, business cases...) to gain and maintain a full understanding of business drivers, stakeholder requirements, process pain points and critical decisions requiring finance insights and support.



• Define and evolve the roadmap for Digital FP&A, gathering and translating requirements from the commercial Finance team and their business stakeholders into solutions and their delivery / improvement timeline.



• Help identify and select the best market solutions and implementation partners by defining requirements and assessing best fit, steering the relevant processes conducted by procurement and IT.



• Design, implement, develop and continuously improve digital tools and systems to fulfil planning and analytics needs, including hands-on building and scripting.



• Project-manage the delivery of digital FP&A solutions, including managing stakeholders, vendors, requirements, inputs, deliverables, timeline, quality, budget, communications, documentation, training and change.
  
  Experienced in implementing or improving Financial Planning systems such as SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, Hyperion Planning, OneStream, Anaplan, Board, Planful...



• Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with experience in or working closely with FP&A, Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance team to deliver digital planning solutions with business acumen.



• Demonstrates strong technical skills in data extraction, manipulation, structuring and reporting.



• Puts in practice project management skills, builds working relationships and coordinates deliverables to ensure delivery of end results.



• Passionate about finding resourceful solutions to new challenges. Willing to roll up sleeves, adapt to change and deliver at pace.
