The role: Administrative Assistant (Band 2 - FTC up to 12 months)
The Department: Digital Health Records

As an Administrative Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting the management and flow of Health Records to provide outstanding service to all speciality department's and patients. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment and wish to be part of a team striving to make a difference and have the opportunity to develop your skills and you can answer "yes" to the above then we want to hear from you.
The successful candidate would need excellent administration and communication skills and the ability to remain calm in an extremely busy office environment. A good working knowledge of Digital Systems is desirable, but a flexible approach set against a fast moving environment is essential., We are looking for a well organised and motivated person, with a can-do attitude to provide a high quality and efficient administrative service in the busy and demanding environment of Digital Health Records and Clinic Preparation.
