Full Job Description

To support and evolve the Business Intelligence capability throughout Thales UK.

  • As a member of the Technology & Enablement squad you will deliver and support our digital platform services that are best in class to support the needs of the various businesses and functions.

  • Action life cycle events based on the infrastructure roadmap, following the change management process.

  • Create and maintain accurate records of Infrastructure services and assets, including documentation.

  • Implement technical solutions to meet specification and changes, contributing to service improvement and systems management.

  • Participate in Service Transition process and activities.

  • Work within a team of SMEs and independently to create and implement technical changes.

  • Identify service inadequacies and contributing to the Customer Service Improvement Plan

  • Monitoring the platform and ensure platform capabilities are developed on in a consistent and coordinated approach.

  • Monitoring the level of technical debt within the platform and ensure this is well documented, encouraging solutions to be developed that minimizes the impact to technical debt accumulation

  • Help push our drive to the cloud for BI and analytic solutions
