Digital Learning Assessor

We are seeking to recruit a Digital Learning Assessor to join our growing team. The successful applicant will provide feedback and assessment to adult learners working on predominantly Level 2 vocational remote learning packages.

Working closely with our team of dedicated staff, the successful candidate will contribute effectively to the successful learning experiences of students of our College through effective support, feedback and assessment that meets or exceeds College standards and results in high levels of student retention and achievement.

We're looking for someone with an assessor's qualification and you must hold a Level 2 or equivalent in Numeracy and Literacy.

The successful candidate must have experience of assessment at a standard of 'Good' or above, possess excellent communication skills and be highly motivated to provide an outstanding service to our learners. You must have proven awareness and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. Flexibility and ability to adapt towards different learner needs is also essential to the role.

Finally, you will have the proven ability to work successfully and influentially as part of a team and experience of organising, managing and delivering learning opportunities.
