Full Job Description

Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist internally known as Digital Learning Analyst. This role sits within the Learning & Development Team and proven experience of working in a Learning & Development function is essential. Part Time FTC, 30 Hours PW until the 1st of April 2025 Based in Nottingham or London £40,587 - 42,723 / £45,096 - 47,470 (Pro Rata) Overall Responsibility To manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including the operational running of the LMS, delivering a high standard of support to colleagues on digital learning processes and queries. In addition, analyse a wide range of learning data to create engaging reports and meaningful management information; providing key insights for the L&OD Team and the business, enabling pro-active action to meet compliance and regulatory objectives.,

  • Manage the day to day running of the Learning Management System (LMS); ensuring data and content is up to date and the system is working effectively.
  • Ensure colleagues have access to relevant and required learning on the LMS, including core compliance learning.
  • Manage queries raised by colleagues on Service Now within the identified timeframe.
  • Support the Digital Learning Manager with compliance reports and value-added management information to the business and to the L&OD Team to support the achievement of the Corporate Compliance KPI.
  • Work in collaboration with the L&OD Team to support the achievement of key priorities / projects and business as usual activities.
  • Pro-actively liaise with external providers with regards to operational system management.
  • Constantly look for continuous improvement with current policies, systems, or processes.
  • Provide support where required for the Digital Learning Manager in their absence.

    Experience of working within a learning & development function; contributing to the delivery of a blended learning programme that meets a wide range of requirements -Essential.
  • Proven experience of managing and implementing digital learning platforms - Essential
  • Experience of professional working relationships (including Senior and Exec management) with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders - Essential
  • Experience of analysing a wide range of data and creating visual reports in a user-friendly format
  • Experience of working on concurrent projects to meet business objectives.
