Full Job Description

A brilliant opportunity to join an award-winning learning and development team who are energised about developing the talents of all our team members, inclusively and with care. You'll be designing and building digital learning solutions that help our colleagues to deliver fantastic care to our customers and business.

  • Project manage, design and deliver high quality, insight-led digital learning solutions to our learners across stores, support office and supply chain

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across the wider business and the wider HR and L&D functions to identify opportunities to gather insights and join up thinking and ideas to deliver creative solutions for all learners

  • Own the cycle of learning development from learner insights and scoping through to evaluation and renewal

  • Actively seek out internal and external insights to ensure design fits the needs of the learner and the business but also brings fresh, new ways to do this

  • Develop and challenge yourself in new skills, techniques and software and collaborate with a team of digital designers and learning specialists to help grow their capability.

    A creative thinker with a passion for great design

  • Constantly curious about new ways of doing things, developing yourself and others to design and deliver innovative and inclusive solutions

  • Experience in creating a variety of digital learning solutions, using industry-leading authoring tools such as Storyline 360, Rise or Adapt.

  • Proficient skills across the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly within Photoshop and Illustrator

  • Excellent project management, influencing and communication skills., Experience of measuring the impact of learning

  • An understanding of motion graphics

  • Experience with filming and editing live footage.
