Full Job Description

We are looking for an innovative and dynamic Digital Learning Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective digital learning content that transforms our organisation's learning and development landscape., This role involves designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective digital learning content that aligns with the organisation's learning and development goals.

It necessitates a strong blend of both theoretical and practical knowledge and experience in instructional design, multimedia development, and digital learning environments.

The Digital Learning Developer collaborates closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to create digital learning experiences, including interactive courses, videos, and assessments, tailored to the needs of employees and the organisational strategy.

The post holder will also need to design, develop, and implement specialist digital media and Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) and XR solutions. This includes creating clinical and non-clinical training videos, animations, 3D models, and virtual reality (VR) experiences to support local, regional, and national initiatives.

Additionally, you will be responsible for continuously improving the quality of the team's digital learning developments using learning theory, enhancing graphic design, and maximising educational impact.
