Full Job Description

The Digital Learning Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing digital learning initiatives across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences, develop performance and drive organisational digital success.,

  • Develop and Implement Digital Learning Strategies:
  • Create and execute a comprehensive digital learning strategy and policy that aligns with the organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Design and Develop E-Learning Content:
  • Utilise instructional design principles to create engaging and effective e-learning modules, videos, and other digital learning materials.
  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS):
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of the LMS, ensuring it meets the needs of the organisation and its employees.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders:
  • Work closely with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop appropriate digital learning solutions. Present digital learning analytics to inform and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Lead Digital Learning Initiatives:
  • Communicate and promote personal and professional digital learning and development opportunities using digital eLearning guides and training prospectus.
  • Monitor and Manage Compliance:
  • Effective compliance monitoring of our digital learning through accurate data and training records. Compliance includes induction, mandatory, business as usual and recertification training.
  • Collaborate on our Learning Hub:
  • Support ongoing improvements to our Learning Hub to develop and promote our digital learning offer using multimedia videos, podcasts, infographics and guides.
  • Evaluate and Improve Digital Learning:
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of digital learning through feedback, analysis and performance metrics, and make necessary improvements.
  • Stay Current and Creative with Industry Trends:
  • Keep up-to-date and respond to current research, emerging technologies, trends and best practices in digital learning to understand the future impact for the organisation. Responsibilities Common to all staff members

    You will have a strong background in instructional design, e-learning development, and project management with a good understanding of adult learning theory and exceptional digital skills to enable and enhance a range of training and development initiatives., Degree in Education, Computer Science, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies or a related field. Equivalent professional knowledge or experience within the digital, eLearning, microlearning field.
  • Strong proficiency of Microsoft 365 suite and associated applications.
