Full Job Description

Are you passionate about supporting and developing the skills and knowledge of learners across a wide range of subject areas?, Design and implement educational curriculum for Level 1 to 3 to vocational qualifications in Information Technology and T Levels.

Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high standards of quality assurance across various subjects.

Act as a personal tutor, guiding students through their academic journey, including support in English, Maths, Work placements and enrichment activities., The College has a strong commitment to working towards the implementation of equality of opportunity in both service delivery and employment. All employees are required to actively support the development, dissemination and implementation of this aim and related policies and programmes.

We are looking for a full-time permanent member of staff to join our Digital Technology team. You will need to have experience teaching L1 to L5 vocational qualifications in Information Technology, T Levels, Access and Higher Technical Qualifications (HTQ)

You should have a full teaching qualification, relevant teaching experiences and current Continues Professional Development (CPD) updating within the industry/sector.

Within your role you are expected to plan, deliver, assess and quality assure a range of subjects, whilst supporting students through their study programme as their personal tutor through English, math, work experience, industry placement and enrichment. You should be confident in working with parents and other departments to support learners to succeed., You should have a full teaching qualification.

Proven experience in teaching vocational IT courses.

Ongoing engagement with professional activities within the Digital Industry.

Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in building relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
