Full Job Description

As part of the Audit, Risk & Compliance (ARC) team, the Audit, Risk & Compliance Manager will manage audit, risk and internal Digital compliance strategies, methodologies, and policies across Brambles. Primary focus will be working across the various Digital divisions to evaluate whether Digital risks to the company are identified and minimized, and acceptable internal controls and procedures are followed. Major / Key Accountabilities Strategic Planning

  • Assist Brambles Director, Audit Risk and Compliance Manager on the ARC Strategy with the design and implementation of effective maintenance and enforcement of Digital policies, processes, and controls, based on industry-standard best practices.
  • Policy, Legal, Compliance
  • Recommend changes in Digital policies, processes, and controls in accordance with changes in global, local, or federal law.
  • Manage Digital risk and compliance activities related to third-party vendor due diligence.
  • Manage Policy and Standards exceptions, including extensions.
  • Manage development of Digital Policies, Processes and Procedures, including controls and their respective risks.
  • Operations
  • Manage delivery of ongoing reduction of actions resulting from internal and external audits.
  • Manage development of metrics to reduce and report reduced Digital risk.
  • Manage development and execution of ARC Compliance annual review to Brambles Digital Policies, Processes and Controls. This includes assessment of outsourcing IT controls operated by 3rd Parties.
  • Oversee and report on the remediation of Digital security risks, Digital compliance risks and Digital vulnerabilities within the enterprise while informing the Digital risk register.
  • Participate in the Digital audit process and support Digital audit recommendation to closure.
  • Support Director, Audit Risk and Compliance Manager to hold Digital teams accountable for the delivery of Audit activities and actions in their specific areas, and for any mitigation points they may have.
  • Provide Risk and Controls advisory for key Brambles' initiatives, ensuring Digital risks will be identified and remediated accordingly.

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field of study., 5-10 years of IT and business/industry work experience.
  • Desired experience with Information Security, Risk Management, and Privacy practices or Policies for minimum of 3 years of experience in the following:
  • National and International Regulatory Compliances and Frameworks such as NIST Cyber Security, ISO, CoBIT and ITIL.
  • IT business process knowledge and acumen. This includes Gen AI experience.
  • Threat, Vulnerability, Business Continuity, and Risk Assessment.
