Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on both SEO and Paid Search. This role will involve managing various aspects of digital marketing, including search engine optimisation, paid search campaigns, website updates, and reporting. You will work closely with external agencies and internal teams to enhance the company's online presence and drive growth through effective digital strategies. We are a multi award-winning company, and are looking for the right person to join us to help us develop our SEO. Some more specifics of the role are:

  • Manage SEO initiatives, following best practices and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including our external agency, to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
  • Lead the development, execution, and optimisation of paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram), driving quality traffic and conversions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, changes in digital platforms, and best practices in both SEO and paid search. Provide insights and strategic recommendations based on market research.

    3 years experience in digital marketing specifically managing both SEO and PPC campaigns with proven experience in delivering successful SEO and PPC campaigns with measurable results using tools such as, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush and CRM systems.
  • A team player with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to collaborate with internal department and external agencies and have the ability to present data and insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models and how to apply them in digital marketing to track the customer journey across multiple touchpoints and ensure proper attribution of marketing efforts to help maximise return on investment

    You will receive a competitive salary of between £32,000 - £35,000 per year (dependent on experience) along with a company bonus and a wide-ranging benefits package tailored to you. Your pay will be reviewed regularly.
