You'll Work with members of the German business and Ecommerce team formulate a strategy aligned to the German business strategy.This will include working with product and technology teams where new capability is required.
You'll Coordinate activity across Ecommerce teams and German business teams to execute the Ecommerce Plan. Also coordinate activity that the Ecommerce team needs to deliver to support other areas of the German business i.e. operations, PR, Brand Marketing. Ensure communication and processes across teams are working effectively.
You'll Optimise direct digital channels performance through content and merchandising.
You'll Create and coordinate marketing and content calendar.

Native German language
Full professional English language
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, to lead, influence and create accountability with non-line management teams and colleagues, where multiple priorities need to be managed.
Strong presentation skills, with an ability to effectively communicate complex strategies and challenge thinking at all levels within the business.
