As a marketing apprentice, youll play a key role in promoting our brand and services, helping us connect with businesses across the Midlands and beyond. You'll contribute to campaigns that showcase our expertise in tax advisory, corporate finance, and more, while learning the skills needed to excel in a marketing career. In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Marketing qualification, supported by expert training, all while being part of a leading firm thats committed to innovation, growth, and success. A Typical Day in the Job: This is an exciting role for someone looking to develop skills in a range of marketing activities, channels and systems. You will be involved in a variety of projects which, day-to-day, will include:

  • Creating engaging content for TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X (Twitter), including videos and graphics
  • Producing a range of written content, including website articles, press releases, webpages, advertisements and content for our internal magazine
  • Designing branded documents, including flyers, brochures and posters, ensuring brand consistency across all our marketing materials
  • Building effective email marketing campaigns
  • Assisting with organising and delivering our events, ranging from fun internal events and team socials to practical seminars and webinars
  • Monitoring the performance of our content across different digital channels
  • Conducting market research and analysing data to identify trends and opportunities to improve future marketing activity
  • Staying on top of marketing administration activities such as updating systems and managing the supply of marketing materials
  • Working with people at all levels of the company to assist with marketing needs

  • GCSEs in Maths and English (English at grade 6 and above), You must have the right to work in the UK, and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.
