Full Job Description

CBRE is recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our busy UK/EMEA Digital Marketing team, working alongside the UK Marketing team and local, regional and global Digital Marketing teams, and reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing UK/EMEA. The key focus of this role is to implement email campaign and marketing automation best practice for our UK business. This role will be based in our brand new Henrietta House office in London's West End, but we do expect it to be a hybrid role with some working from home. The details of this can be agreed with the successful candidate. Key Responsibilities Strategy

  • The role will be focussed on leading the further development of our email and marketing automation centre of excellence for the UK business. This will involve working closely with the UK&I/CE Digital Marketing team, the UK Marketing team and the Martech D&T team to drive implementation of new processes and solutions and lead on best practice.
  • Delivery
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Preference Centre: the primary purpose of the role is to continue to develop our new SFMC and Preference Centre processes, implementing the use cases, and planning, building and executing multi-channel communications, campaigns and nurture programmes. This will include working closely with the content marketing team to customise content for use in these channels.
  • Client IQ CRM: as part of the above, some tasks will involve use of the company CRM system, including managing lists, working to improve data integrity and client preference management and GDPR related tasks including hard bounce management.
  • Campaign Logic: whilst SFMC is used by central marketing, we have over 1,000 campaign logic user accounts for the UK business. This role will lead on approvals of campaign logic emails created by other teams, and user support including managing the intranet page with guides and best practice documentation. Where needed, this role will also be responsible for creating email campaigns for the UK marketing team and business.
  • Analytics and reporting: regular reporting on central sends, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and deliverability.

  • An interest in analytics and developing data driven insights
  • 2-3 years relevant digital marketing experience, with a focus on email
  • Excellent copywriting skills, able to understand and customise content for email
  • Experience in managing client lists and CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
  • Understanding of wider digital marketing
  • Interest in the real estate industry
  • Degree-level qualification preferred
